Flansy Thornwhist is a lightfoot halfling member of the Church of Gond, held hostage at the Iron Throne by Enver Gortash.
Involvement
If the party decides to dock with the Iron Throne, Gortash will trigger explosions that will collapse the Iron Throne. Flansy is trapped in the cell immediately north-east of the central ladder. Once freed, she will dash towards the Submersible to escape.

Flansy will only use Dash every turn, with the help of the 
condition which is applied when the cage is opened.
