(Added back Volo to "where to find" section, as I confirmed in multiple playthroughs he has the item. I'm unable to confirm if there are any scenarios under which Grat the Trader stocks up this tiem, so I'm not deleting that part just in case.)

When you heal a creature, it gains a D4 Physical.png +1d4 bonus to Attack rolls and Saving throws for 2 turns.

Notes
