Create Water is a level 1 transmutation spell. This spell is a variant of Create or Destroy Water that allows spellcasters to conjure an area of water that rain from thin air and forms a water surface. Creatures standing in the area when the spell is cast will become Wet.

Description

Call forth rain. It extinguishes exposed flames and forms a water surface.

AoE: 6 m / 15 ft (Radius)

At higher levels

When the spell is cast a 2nd Level or higher, the area that you can create water increases by 2m / 5ft for each spell slots level above 1st.
