The Dead Wastes is a level 3 necromancy spell. It is cast as a legendary reaction, and is available to Balthazar in Honour mode. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Open a necrotic rift from a new corpse that heals Undead 4d6
hit points and deals 4d6
Necrotic to living creatures at the start of their turns.
