Smouldering Touch is an Action unique to the Fire Elemental.
Description
Touch a foe with a heat like the bright core of a furnace, searing and them.

Notes
- This ability is not a single target attack like the in-game tooltip might describe. It has a small 1 m / 3 ft radius area of effect and it can hit every target inside the AoE with a separate attack roll. This includes allies but not the elemental itself.
