Description

Difficult terrain - movement speed is halved and creatures may fall Prone.

Interactions

  • Can be formed when many "wet" surfaces are exposed to cold damage. Ice formed this way lasts for Duration: 2 turns and melts into water afterwards. These surfaces include:
  • Melts into Water Water when exposed to fire damage.

    Notes

  • Uses the Spell Save DC of the character that caused the ice surface to form.
  • A creature slipping on an ice surface attributes the source of Prone to the character that formed the ice surface. This will, for example, trigger Boots of Stormy Clamour.
  • The Arrow of Ice uses a DC 12 save to avoid being Prone upon any creature in range of the initial hit. This is a different save from the DEX save of the ice surface left behind afterwards.
