Text
[Pinned to an invoice for a hefty sum billed to the Counting House is the following note:]
A reminder. Our repairs in the vault level encompassed the mechanical systems only. We have drained the seawater from all levels and resealed the walls, but reactivation of any magical defences will need to be carried out by a certified member of the Gondian Guild. I would not recommend carrying out such repairs until the source of the harbour disturbances is identified and dealt with - even the Counting House cannot afford multiple visits from great Gond's artificers.
