Duke Dillard Portyr is a Duke of Baldur's Gate and a member of the 
Council of Four. He's the uncle of Liara Portyr.

Involvement[edit | edit source]
Dillard Portyr can be found attending the ceremony of Gortash's ordaining as an Archduke of the city in the Wyrm's Rock Fortress.
After the ceremony ends, Duke Dillard stays near the throne, speaking with Rugger Shattershield, Ulder Ravengard and Enver Gortash, discussing the latter's future actions as an Archduke. If spoken to, he will call the city's future glorious.
If the player chooses to confront Gortash, they will find Dillard Portyr along with all other invited guests and their retinue slaughtered in the Audience hall.
