Evasive Footwork is a Battle Master Fighter free action. This combat manoeuvre allows the Fighter to impose Disadvantage on melee attacks made against it for a turn.
Description
Evade attacks; enemies receive Disadvantage on melee attacks against you.

Enemies have Disadvantage on melee attacks against the affected entity.
How to learn
Notes
- When activated, it will apply 1 turn of the condition. When the user ends their turn, the condition will end, before enemies can attack the user (barring opportunity attacks, ripostes, and so on).
- The tabletop version is quite different, instead granting a bonus to AC equal to the roll of a Superiority Dice, as long as the user keeps moving.
- The disadvantage on melee attacks against the user is instead more similar to the Dodge action (not implented into the game) which grants disadvantage on ALL attack rolls against the user and granting advantage to the user's Dexterity Saving Throws.
