Fist Rowan is a NPC located next to the Requisitioned Barn.
Overview
Engaging in dialogue with him will expose him as one of the four disguises employed by Orin. She proceeds to threaten the party for investigating the whereabouts of the Netherstone and then disappears. This updates Get Orin's Netherstone, but is not required to progress the quest.
If Fist Rowan was one of Orin's disguises, the original Rowan can be found sacrificed in one of Bhaal Temple's body display alcoves.
Companion approval
All dialogue options with Fist Rowan result in Astarion's disapproval.
