- It grants unlimited uses of Ray of Sickness as an
Action, no Spell Slots or Resting needed. - However, each use of Ray of Sickness granted by this staff deals 2d4
Poison damage to the caster. 
Poisoner's Robe adds 1d4Poison to both outgoing and incoming damage.
Ring of Poison Resistance or 
Elixir of Poison Resistance can halve the damage to the caster.- The Staff of Crones is one of the items that can be given to Gale for his condition.
