Hellflame Cleave is a cantrip. It is a unique attack granted by the Hellfire Greataxe which cleaves through an area, covering it with deadly hellfire.
Description
Spew hellish flames and strike your foes.
Hellfire ignores resistance and immunity to Fire damage.
