Approval list is doubled[edit source]
The approval list shows up twice for no apparent reason with small changes between the two.
Last Light Inn Missing Approval Point[edit source]
Last light inn, at some point(i did this after talking to everyone in the inn then fighting the fire fist person) you can talk to a man in a coma(art cullagh : first floor lastlight inn) and if you have his lute from the evil surgeon you can play a song to awaken him gaining +1 approval from Karlach
