The Nautiloid Wreck is a Location within the Wilderness in Act One of Baldur's Gate 3. It is located north-west of the entry point at which the player arrives after the events of the Prologue. It can be seen on the map as a violet structure with Mind Flayer motifs.

Overview
- A pack of three - or two if Shadowheart is chosen as origin character - hostile Intellect Devourers can be found at X: 230 Y: 271.
- A dying Mind Flayer can be found at X: 180 Y: 320. Killing it earns the inspirational event To Sleep, Perchance to Dream, Tentacled Dreams (Haunted One background). Sparing it and succumbing to its influence will kill the character.
