Fabricated Arbalest is a very rare Heavy Crossbow that grants the wielder the Dazzling Ray and Illuminating Shot weapon actions.
A perfect system must be ruled by a keen eye - and any error foolish enough to rear its head afore the eye must be quickly, precisely, and totally eliminated. This crossbow can help with that.
