The Amulet of Elemental Torment is an uncommon Amulet that channels the effects of certain Surfaces into the wearer's spells.
Each jewel gleams with the energy of the natural elements.

The wearer of this item gains:
- Nature's Vengeance
- When the wearer stands in certain surfaces and casts a spell that deals damage, the target also suffers the surface's effects.

Notes
- The surface effects applied by the amulet are:
- When standing in Fire: Apply for 2 turns. Deals the first tick of 1d4Fire damage immediately.
- When standing in Caustic Brine: Apply for 2 turns. Deals the first tick of 1d4Acid damage immediately.
- When standing in Simple Toxin: Apply for 2 turns.
- When standing in Acid: Apply for 2 turns.
- The amulet does not work with any other surfaces. This includes the other basic elemental surfaces like Ice surfaces or Electrified Water surfaces.
- Valid poison surfaces can be created by breaking Simple Toxin vials or with . Surfaces created by breaking stronger poisons like Serpent Fang Toxin are different and will not work.
- Previously was sold by Grat the Trader in the Goblin Camp, Brem in the Zhentarim Basement, or Roah Moonglow in Shattered Sanctum. As of Patch 3, this was moved to Hope in the House of Hope.
