The Amulet of the Devout is a very rare Amulet that grants the wearer a +2 bonus to Spell Save DC and, if the wearer has access to it, an additional use of 
Channel Divinity Charge.
Otto, a member of the powerful arcane organisation the Circle of Eight, had a penchant for amulets. So much so that they announced his arrival before he ever needed to.

- In Act 3, looted from the main Offering Chest in the basement of Stormshore Tabernacle. Enter the Ornate Wooden Hatch at X: 105 Y: -26.
