The Potent Robe is a very rare piece of Clothing that uses your Charisma modifier to increase your cantrips' damage as well as give you temporary hit points.
This robe is a difficult look to pull off unless one is blessed with an otherwordly charisma.

Alfira must be alive to receive this item; although the quest can be completed with her dead, there is no one else to provide this specific reward. The only way to obtain this robe if you are Dark Urge is to knock Alfira out (in Act One) by using non-lethal attacks prior to actually going to sleep on the night she appears at your camp, thereby forcing a substitute to appear in her place and making her the victim of the Dark Urge.
