Wrath of the Storm: Thunder is a Tempest Domain Cleric passive feature and reaction. It allows the Cleric to strike back at an attacking creature using a Reaction, doing Thunder damage.
Description
If a nearby enemy attacks you, you can retaliate with a burst of thunder that deals 2d8Thunder damage.
On Save: Target still takes half damage.

Notes
- The conditions for triggering this reaction are:
- Attacker is within 2 m / 7 ft. This means enemies with longer reach can attack you without triggering the reaction. Also, will often land after you have left the 2 m / 7 ft range, even against enemies with normal melee range.
- Attack does damage. This means completely negating the attack damage with abilities like will prevent the reaction from triggering.
- Attack hits. This means that the reaction cannot trigger on an attack that misses but still does damage such as .
