Touch of the Storm is an action that allows the Way of the Four Elements Monk to strike nearby enemies with lightning, causing them to be unable to use reactions. This is the Monk's equivalent of .
Description
The target cannot use reactions. This spell has Advantage on creatures with metal armour.
