Description

The tower can be entered through the door at X: -59 Y: -65. On the north-eastern side of the tower is located Lower City Central Wall Waypoint.

Inside the tower the party can go up the winding stair and come out onto the city wall itself. From this point, they may come to the north to get access to Szarr Palace Ramparts - the only way inside the Cazador Szarr Palace. To the south-east, the wall ends with a wreck and is close-built to the side of the Flymm's Cobblers. At the far east of the wall (X: -28 Y: -104) is a Wooden Chest with two random Uncommon or Rare arrows and a Hand Crossbow.

The player may also come several spuns more up the tower to reach the bell platform. There, in the Heavy Chest (X: -56 Y: -62), they might find three more Uncommon, Rare, or even Very Rare arrows.
