Untenable Secret is a level 4 enchantment spell. Forces the target It deals 
Necrotic damage and prevents the target from regaining Hit Points. It cannot be learned by players and is only used by NPCs.
Description
Inflict a mind-scarring secret upon a creature that it must pass on to an ally or receive damage after 1 turn.
