Perform is a free action that allows the user to whistle a tune. It is only available if a player has Musical Instrument profiency and doesn't have an Instrument equipped.
Description
Play a tune to attract and delight those around you.
Succeed one of two Performance checks with Alfira while she is writing a song in the Emerald Grove to gain Musical Instrument proficiency.
Notes
The performer will make a CharismaPerformance check. If this check is succeeded, any characters who gathered to hear the performance will toss a gold coin when it ends.
Perform is a free action, and can be used during battle. The performance will end if the character is Threatened.
Any character can use the Perform action while they have an instrument equipped. However, if they do not have "Musical Instrument" proficiency, they will not be able to play well.
