Text
My dear Madame Nortale,
You make a compelling case for an additional contribution over and above my usual annual donation, but daddy - Lord Hir, you remember - tells me that I've already overspent my allowance, so I'm on short rations until my intended's dowry comes through.
Hard cheese for all of us, sorry to say, but my cousin Clerebold had a clever idea, as he so often does. If you could see your way to renaming your establishment after daddy, to Hir Rillyn's Hostel, I'm certain I can persuade him to cut loose with a good old chunk of change in your direction. (There might even be a bit for me for suggesting it.)
What do you say? Let me know quickly, he's in a good mood.
Your admirer, Derque Rillyn
