Many would ask how the Open Hand Temple should respond to acts of violence against our persons.
Well it is a most sticky conundrum. We must rely on the gifts granted to us by our suffering god: that of curative miracles. As long as you can salve yourself, your fellow congregants, or even the wayward minds of your vicious assailants, that must be your approach. For we are not to inflict suffering, only to alleviate it.
