• Class Level 3: Bard, Sorcerer, Wizard, Great Old One, and Circle of the Spores (Circle Spell)

• Class Level 8: Arcane Trickster, and Eldritch Knight

• Uncovered Mysteries ( Recharge: Long rest)
• Hammer of the Just ( Recharge: Long rest)
• Mask of Soul Perception ( Recharge: Short rest)
• Potion of Mind Reading

Notes

• When attempting to use Detect Thoughts on an NPC, an Intelligence or Wisdom Ability Check is rolled. On a failure, the NPC may become hostile.
• The incantation for Detect Thoughts is Video Veritatem, Latin for "I see truth".
