Jugular Strike is a special attack available in Wild Shape: Panther Wild Shape: Panther or Wild Shape: Sabre-Toothed Tiger Wild Shape: Sabre-Toothed Tiger forms. It deals minor damage normally, but deals significant bonus damage when attacking Prone Prone targets.
