Vicious Mockery is a cantrip (Enchantment). It deals Psychic damage to enemies and inflicts Disadvantage on their Attack Rolls.
Description
Unleash a string of enchanted insults at a creature. It takes 1d4Psychic damage and receives 
Disadvantage on its Attack Rolls.
