Static Overdrive is a class action available to Bernard that buffs his allies and hurts his enemies.
Description
Emanate a static discharge that buffs nearby constructs and hurts all others.
Nearby constructs deal an additional 1d6+2Lightning to weapon attacks. All others take 2d8Lightning per turn and can't take reactions.When the condition ends, become for 2 turns.
