Where to find
Sold by Araj Oblodra in the Lower City if you allow her to take your blood after drinking the Mysterious Potion.
You can donate blood to her once per long rest, and each time she will gain two Sanguine Explosives to sell. Araj does not menion this at all, but the explosives will be in her trade list after you donate.
