Text
[This tome recounts the experience of an unfortunate halfling forced to join the Seelie Court during an ill-fated tour of the Beastlands. It is caked with dust and grime; yellowed feathers and black fur fall from between its pages.]
Notes
- Reading the book creates a Scroll of Bestial Communion in the reader's inventory, the only of its kind. This scroll can be consumed to cast once. Alternatively, it can be scribed to a Wizard's spellbook, which allows the player to cast the spell using a Level 6 Spell Slot once per Short Rest.
