Vampire Ascendant is a passive feature available to Astarion if he completed his quest by ascending. It gives Astarion the two class actions Ascendant Bite and Misty Escape (Vampire Ascendant), as well as a bonus 1d10Damage TypesNecrotic damage to weapon and unarmed attacks.

Behold, the Vampire Ascendant! Thousands of souls have bought you power, granting you Ascendant Bite Ascendant Bite and Gaseous Form Gaseous Form.

You also have a +1d10Damage TypesNecrotic damage bonus to weapon and unarmed attacks.[note 1]

Only available to Astarion after becoming an ascendant vampire.

Notes

  1. The in-game description says you gain a +1d10Damage TypesNecrotic damage bonus to weapon and unarmed Attack Rolls, which doesn't make sense as attack rolls are what decided if you hit or miss.
