Description
If Orin has not used her Legendary Action by the end of a round, and Orin is not duelling her opponent alone, the Dread Lord places a creature under

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
Condition: Legendary Action: Bhaal's Edict
- If Orin does not use a Legendary Action this turn, the Dread Lord places a creature under Bhaal's Edict.
