Infectious Madness is a passive feature available to Cranium Rats, which causes attackers to become unless they pass an Intelligence Saving throw.
Description
After the cranium rat takes damage, the attacker must make an Intelligence Saving Throw or become Confused.
Condition: confused
Duration: 2 turns
DC 11 Intelligence saving throw

The combat log will show the Cranium Rats making saving throws against Infectious Madness, however the attacker will be in actuality making the save.
