*You can't learn to summon Shovel during the first conversation if you cast the spell from the scroll.
 
*Some classes can learn it if they speak with Shovel after that. But not always and I haven't figured out why (yet?).
 
*If a wizard scribed the spell and follows some dialogue rules, another caster can then also learn to summon Shovel permanently.

*Warlocks can sometimes learn Shovel if he summons her from the scroll, disguises himself and talks to her again - that did not work consistently and needs further testing.
