Flail of Myrkul is a common variant of the Flails family of weapons. It is a martial melee weapon wielded in one hand.
A browning piece of brain sticks stubbornly to one of the spikes.

Weapon actions
If you have proficiency, equip in main hand to gain:
- Concussive Smash ()
Hit an enemy with all your might to deal damage and possibly them.
- Weakening Strike ()
Target an enemy's hands with a non-lethal attack and possibly inflict .
- Tenacity ()
When you miss an attack, deal Bludgeoning damage equal to your Strength modifier anyway (minimum of 1).
Where to find
- * Can be looted from Ketheric Thorm, if he had been disarmed during his initial encounter.
- Looted from Ironfinger, Maghtew Budj, and Hairy Henry
Notes
- This can only be looted from Ketheric's corpse if the player has disarmed him in their initial encounter and taken the weapon before he can pick it up, he will then have this weapon after defeating him in their second encounter.
