Legendary Action: The Dead Wastes is a passive feature used by Balthazar that lets him use The Dead Wastes The Dead Wastes to create a rift that heals undead and damages living creatures.

Description

Once per round when a creature dies, Balthazar can use his Legendary Action to create a necrotic miasma where it fell that heals Undead 4d6hit points and deals 4d6Damage TypesNecrotic to living creatures at the start of their turns.

Legendary Actions restore at the start of each round.
