The Scabby Pugilist Circlet is a rare Helmet that grants additional damage on weapon and unarmed strikes while surrounded by 2 or more foes.
Every adventuring party has at least one 'chaotic element'. In the case of one such party, this was the infamous Scabby, a barbarous goblin who was trained by monks.
