Rolan's Firestorm is a unique Class Action only available during the Confront the Elder Brain quest. It allows you to summon an upscaled version of Fireball, with increased damage and aoe.
Description
Call upon Rolan, freed from the limitations of Lorroakan, to unleash a fiery barrage from the heights of Ramazith's Tower.
The caster can only use this feature once in their adventure.
