Pact of the Blade is a Pact Boon granted by the 
class. It allows a Warlock to specialise in melee combat by using a special Pact Weapon, granting two actions for this purpose.
Description
You can 
a pact weapon, or 
the one you are wielding as one, making it magical.
Pact weapons use the wielder's Charisma modifier instead of Strength or Dexterity.
How to learn
Classes:
- Class level 3: Warlock
Notes
Grants two actions:
- - summons a Pactbound weapon.
- - binds the current primary melee weapon and gives it the Pact Weapon condition.
