Winter's Clutches is a passive feature that encrusts targets in frost whenever the user attacks and deals cold damage.
Description
When the wearer deals Cold damage, inflict 2 turns of upon the target(s).
Details
- Recharge: Per attack
Condition: Encrusted with Frost
Duration: 2 turns
- Affected entity has Disadvantage on Dexterity Saving throws.
- When there are 7 or more turns remaining, the entity must succeed a DC 12 Constitution saving throw or take 1d4Cold and become . On a successful save, it only takes half damage. Afterward, the frost sloughs away.
