Shovel is a quasit and summonable familiar that can be summoned via the Find Familiar: Cheeky Quasit spell. Unlike regular quasits, Shovel can be interacted with and has unique dialogue.

Personality
Shovel finds joy in murder and arson, and very easily gets bored. She enjoyed working with their former master, necromancer Toth, even though he often forgot to feed her.
Acquiring Shovel
Shovel can be summoned temporarily via the 
Scroll of Summon Quasit found in the Apothecary's Cellar.
Scribing the spell will allows a Wizard to permanently keep the spell.
Bards, Sorcerers, Warlocks, and Wizards[Needs Verification] can also gain the spell permanently by talking to Shovel after summoning her in the Apothecary's Cellar. This process can be a bit finnicky and might fail if done incorrectly. To do this, follow this procedure carefully:
- Have the character who you want to give the summon spell to be one of the magical classes mentioned above, and that character has to be the one that first uses the scroll to summon Shovel.
- They must pick the first dialog option except for when it says "No. And you'll...", then go up to the Ornate Mirror but do not talk to it yet. Save your game to be safe.
- Successfully get through the mirror, walk through and IMMEDIATELY talk to Shovel again just on the other side of the mirror. Her dialogue should mention noticing you are a magic user and agreeing you're her new master. If Shovel is summoned by scribing the spell on one character and spoken to with another, the spell can be gained by two separate characters.
Notes
- Shovel is fond of eating babies.
- Summoning Shovel unlocks a Steam achievement titled "Rude, Crude, and Full of Attitude" whose description reads: "Find and summon the quasit Shovel. Or is her name... Fork? Maybe Basket?" This confirms that Shovel is canonically female, which isn't very obvious in-game.
