The bonus damage from Prowl only works at druid levels 6 or 7. See the Bugs section of Prowling for details.
At druid levels 6 or 7, you will continue to concentrate on Prowl even after the invisibility ends. This will prevent you from recasting Prowl and the tooltip will say "Must take a Short Rest". However, you can manually end your concentration which will allow you to freely use Prowl again.
This does not apply to druid levels 8 and above for the same reason that the bonus damage is broken.
