Plural of Vampire Spawn[edit source]
I've been informed that we are opting to use "Spawns" as the plural for Spawn on this wiki for consistency. I've however read that, when it comes to DND Vampire Spawn at least, there are sources exclusively referring to it as "spawn" (The 5th Edition Monster Manual, according to the Forgotten Realms wiki, at least). I admit I have hardly seen people refer to BG3's vampires as spawns so I was wondering what the opposing argument was. AFrigidDoor (talk) 16:21, 9 January 2025 (CET)
- I'm not sure what the argument was, maybe that the spawn(s) can be considered countable and so the plural form with "s" should bew used.

- I haven't found anything supporting the use of "spawns" so maybe something worth looking at? I'm not sure how to proceed with this kind of stuff, in truth, but am sticking to spawns for the time being as established.
